In preparation for the launch of Heartprint Productions, a professional video storytelling agency founded by Emmy Award-winning journalist Sally Showman, Bloom Communications was tasked with developing messaging to educate prospective clients on Heartprint’s service offerings, solidify the brand through content creation, and differentiate the agency from other video creation/production companies in the market.
To solidify Heartprint’s story, Bloom collaborated with Showman to understand her vision and ultimately, the why behind her company. Listening to her so passionately articulate the power connecting with a story can have on individuals and ultimately, organizations enabled us to materialize the company’s unique mission and value proposition, while appealing to target audiences. From those initial conversations with Showman, Bloom created a messaging architecture that would inform Heartprint’s strategic voice for the website, print collateral, and future communications materials.
Using the foundational messaging architecture as a guide, Bloom crafted external content that thoughtfully communicated the why behind Heartprint Productions, its mission, and story. Content included website copy, short and long-form company descriptions, and a boilerplate for use in press materials.
